| We celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday on Thursday, March 2 at the Headquarters Library. Cat in the Hat led the festivities with singing, dancing, and, of course, plenty of reading. Mayor Greenup also read a book and winners of the Free Lance-Star's "Write What's Right" contest were announced.
