  • Battlefields Sierra Group - A part of the Virginia chapter of The Sierra Club.
  • Capitol Choices, The website of the Capitol Choices Committee - A website of outstanding new books for children selected by librarians and booksellers in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. 
  • Cultural Understanding Partnership, formed in 1997 for the purpose of encouraging communication among all community members, and providing support to the international community of the greater Fredericksburg, Virginia, region including the counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford, and the city of Fredericksburg.
  • FINDHelp, The website of the Fredericksburg Area Information Network on Disabilities - This website has a search engine to help you locate information on disability needs, services and service providers. 
  • Fredericksburg Area Library Association, A new association of area library and information professionals.
  • The Fredericksburg Community Concert Band, formed in 1998 for the purpose of providing a means whereby musicians may assemble and play for their mutual enjoyment and to provide concert band music for free public concerts & other special occasions.

  • Hospice Support Care, Inc. (HSC) is a non-profit, tax exempt volunteer organization providing support services to terminally ill patients and their families and bereavement support after death.
  • National Multiple Sclerosis Society-Central Virginia Chapter is dedicated to ending the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis.
  • PFLAGfbg - the Fredericksburg area chapter of PFLAG (Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) promoting the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered persons, their families and friends through support, education and advocacy.
  • Rappahannock Area Community Services Board - assists area residents with mental health, mental retardation, and substance abuse problems as well as provides early prevention and intervention programs.
  • Rappahannock Big Brothers Big Sisters, a nonprofit agency that matches children between the ages of 7 and 15 with positive, healthy adults to act as role models, companions, and friends.
  • Rappahannock POPS Orchestra, The web site of our local POPS orchestra.
