  • Outreach - The CRRL works to carry our mission out into the community for people who might not be able to make it to a local branch or who need special assistance.  The bookmobile, institutional deliveries, and an adult literacy program are but some of the services offered by the Outreach Department.
  • Community Web - The CRRL hosts World Wide Web sites of community organizations serving the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Westmoreland.
